Having begun his journey in Brittany in 1987, Emmanuel has risen from gifted apprentice to international chocolate ambassador. His mastery has been recognised with the highest accolades in the gastronomic world, from a Diploma of Excellence by Joël Robuchon to inclusion in the prestigious «Guide of Gourmands» alongside legends such as Paul Bocuse.
Today, Emmanuel Amon is an international consultant, author of «Nature Inspiration», and a judge at global pastry competitions who has chosen Kyiv to create his flagship project in Ukraine.
